Traknet (based in in Brighouse, Huddersfield) have been developing customised websites for years and have now introduced TrakSite as a way of producing professional looking web sites at such low prices that every business (or club, organisation, etc.), no matter how small, can now have a website.

How Does it Work? The key points:

1. Your own website (up to 6 pages) will be developed for £49 providing you supply us with your desired text and images. For more than 6 pages add £10 for each extra page. The annual hosting cost is £129 for sites with up to 4 pages and £149 for sites with more than 4 pages. All prices are subject to VAT.
2. Fixed priced sites are produced by matching your requirements to one of our pre-developed designs. This is how we keep our development cost so low when normally it costs hundreds of pounds to develop a site. Click here for an example of one our sites. This is only one of several designs available.
3. We aim to get your website up and running within a week, subject to receiving all your text, images, etc.
4. Even though your website costs so little, it is still developed professionally (it won't go live until you are 100% happy with it) and you will receive a personal level of support. Some providers of low cost sites expect you to put your site together using automated systems and offer little or no support. With TrakSite we make it easy for you and you can contact us as often as you want.
5. Additional costs may be incurred if you require us to produce your images, have excessive content per page or require features outside the scope of the TrakSite standard designs. Where additional costs apply they will be kept to a minimum and discussed before any work is started.
6. Limited Offer - we will help you optimise your site for search engine listing and submit your site to the main search engines so people can easily find your site. This service normally costs extra but we will include it free for websites ordered by 16th May 2008.

Our hosting package includes:

• domain name - registration/renewal of your chosen domain name to use with your website (eg. youcompany.co.uk).
• web hosting on fast reliable servers.
• email for you domain - eg. yourname, info@yourcompany.co.uk. This is either accessed from mailboxes on our server or the email can be forwarded to your existing email address. Email is filtered for spam (optional) at no extra cost to ensure you don't get get excessive junk mail.
• access to website statistics so you can keep track of the number of visitors to your site (plus much more information).
• maintenance - this includes ensuring your site is running smoothly and dealing with any queries you should have. Small amendments to your site will be done at no cost.
